What StudyBench handles
StudyBench uses account information needed to create and secure your account, including your name, username and email address. It also processes learning activity needed to provide features such as Ask AI, study tools, saved history, learning focus and account administration.
AI requests and usage
When you use AI study features, the prompt and necessary study context are processed to generate a response. StudyBench records server-owned usage and accounting information needed to operate allowances, paid AI reserve and service telemetry. Internal provider cost and metering details are not presented as learner-facing allowance units.
Educational resources
StudyBench may provide hosted or external learning resources. A resource being visible to learners does not automatically permit it to be used as AI context. AI resource use is separately permission-gated.
Payments
Payment providers process payment transactions. StudyBench stores the transaction references, amounts and allocation records needed to verify top-ups and maintain AI reserve accounting; StudyBench does not need to store your full card details.
Security and service providers
StudyBench relies on infrastructure and service providers for authentication, database/storage, hosting, anti-bot protection, AI generation and payment verification. Information is shared with those services only as needed to provide and protect the relevant feature.
Updates and marketing
Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or product-update emails. Any update subscription must be a separate, voluntary choice and must provide an unsubscribe route.
Your choices
You can change your learning focus without deleting your existing work. You may stop using StudyBench at any time. Account/data-request contact details will be finalized with the production StudyBench domain before public release.
